Today was my nephew’s 2nd Easter (he is 21 months old). What a difference a year makes!

Tomorrow is my family’s Annual Easter Beer Hunt.

Last year, we had lots of family in town. This year it will be a more intimate affair. This video shows some of the Beer Hunt Family Silliness as well as me in an easter bonnet and my nephew a year ago:

At the beach playground yesterday I had two wonderful interactions with young children.

One cute girl in a pink dress approached with her mother. After some chatting about how much we both liked pink the girl announced, “I PEED ON MY DRESS!”

It was shameless and adorable.

Moments later another girl came by and asked why I liked pink.
She said, “You’re a boy. Don’t people laugh at you?”

Ah, from the mouths of babes.
