Xmas 2012 Shopping Ideas

by Halcyon on December 9, 2012

The pressure to BUY this time of year is strong. Instead of giving from obligation, gift with joy. And, when possible, make your purchases be VOTES of what you want more of in the world. Below are some places online where friends of mine are selling the labors of their hearts, minds, and hands.

This is a great list! I don’t have a shop of my own, but I’ve found some good things on roozt, a free member site that has collections of Eco & community conscious items for sale. For every person who signs up, they donate a meal to help the hungry (full disclosure: if you sign up using this link and buy something, I will get a $10 credit):
Or, if you plan to buy from Amazon, use the link on the American Society for Primatologists’ site and part of the sale will go to the Conservation Fund:
Happy Holidays and Lots of Love to everyone!
