Last night I was at the computer.
It was past midnight and quiet.
Then I heard a noise.
It sounded like it was inside the house. A rustling.
Maybe a mouse?
There it is again!!
I looked to where the noise came from and saw nothing.
Nothing except a coffee table & houseplant.
And then I saw it moving.
A gorgeous newly buddy leaf was unfolding.
The sound I was hearing was the birth of a leaf.
How freaking cool.
